Rosemary has moved her Castle Cook cookery school to a new location - the stunning Swinton Park.

With the sale of Amhuinnsuidhe Castle in 2002, Rosenmary said goodbye to the wonderful Isle of Harris and took her cookery school to pastures new. She settled on Swinton Park in the Yorkshire Dales, another magnificent location.
"Swinton Park is everything I could have wished for," said the beaming Ms Shrager. "The location is superb and the kitchen magnificent. I feel very lucky to have found such a splendid new venue for the courses."
The move from the Hebrides has also made it easier for her to pursue other aspects of her career, such as her television series, catering for large events and so on.
