Rosemary Shrager at Swinton Park wins award
Rosemary Shrager's cookery school at Swinton Park has been named the Good Food Magazine's Cookery School of the Month in the November 2003 issue of the magazine. The award came after they sent food writer Michael Raffael to review the course.
Several schools were visited by the magazine, and Rosemary's course came out on top. Thanks in part, no doubt, to the superb surroundings at Swinton Park, this award was mainly down to Rosemary, her wonderful skills as a cook and the joy that she brings to teaching them.
