It was a pleasure to be there. I had a great time and met wonderful people and contacts. The food was incredible and the wine, and I met so many amazing food producers with such enthusiasm and passion for their subjects. The hospitality was unbelievable and I was overwhelmed by the generosity. Adelaide made me feel so welcome I felt completely spoiled. I loved the chef Maggie Beer and her passion for food, and I loved doing all the wonderful events for Tasting Australia. I didn't win an award this year but it means I've got to try harder with my next book!
