Castle Cook

Rosemary has become known as the Castle Cook after her years at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle. In this guise she has produced two very successful TV series, including the original Rosemary: Castle Cook. She has also written a cook book of the same name, reinforcing the Castle Cook brand.

She now takes the Castle Cook ideals with her wherever she goes. These embody everything she stands for as a chef, particularly cooking delicious food with the finest ingredients in wonderful surroundings, while never forgetting that cooking should always be fun.
