The School is housed within The Corn Exchange, a beautiful three-storey regency building, with a Domestic and Professional School, event spaces for private celebrations and corporate functions; plus a Delicassen and Café planned for 2014.
Every aspect of the school has been personally designed to Rosemary’s exacting specifications; and no expense has been spared to provide students with both up-to-the minute kitchen technology and luxurious styles.
Rosemary and John firmly believe in supporting local suppliers and produce, sourcing the best of the seasons crops, while keeping the carbon footprint and food miles low.
Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef and cookery teacher, who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking it, she is a natural extrovert and a compelling communicator.
Working in collaboration with Executive Chef John Rogers, Rosemary has created an exciting programme of Day, Half Day and Masterclass courses for home cooks at every level, from the complete novice to the confident highly skilled.
Join us on Friday or Saturday evenings for a 5-course tasting menu dinner. The Chef’s table is a demonstration dining experience run by Executive Chef; John Rogers where you sit back relax and watch the magic happen.
