The Cookery School is located in the historic heart of the beautiful Lower Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The School’s kitchen was designed by the fabulous Mark Wilkinson Furniture, and equipped to the highest standards by Miele.
We offer One Day courses and Half Day Courses run by celebrity chef, Rosemary Shrager and her Executive Chef, John Rogers.

Rosemary and John firmly believe in supporting local suppliers and produce, sourcing the best of the seasons crops, while keeping the carbon footprint and food miles low.
Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef, who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking. Her passion for food started at the tender age of six, and she's been creating delicious dishes ever since.
She has worked with some of the world's top chefs including Pierre Koffmann and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
She charms and cajoles her students as she teaches, demonstrates and enthuses about cookery at her school and in appearances around the world. She's been showing us all how to eat fantastically in her popular TV shows on three continents.
