I am looking to book a course, does this now mean I cannot do so?
That’s correct, the Company is unable to provide any more courses.
I have already booked a course or looking to book a course with a gift card, will my future booking be honoured? Or can I claim for a refund?
Unfortunately the Company will not be able to meet any future bookings, nor can it honour gift vouchers.
Crowe U.K. LLP (“Crowe”) has been instructed by Mr Graham Morley, the Company’s sole director, to assist with placing the Company into liquidation. Crowe will shortly contact all creditors by letter to advise how to make a claim against the Company and provide the necessary documentation.
If you paid for a deposit / gift card by credit or debit card you may be able to get your money back by claiming a refund from your card issuer.
