With his nana also a chef, Iain has been cooking from a young age and always wanted a career in catering.
Throughout his Culinary Arts studies at the University of Derby, Iain also worked in kitchens at a local hotel. Upon graduation, he worked as a private chef to a household in Saint Tropez and then later on a yacht in Monaco. Returning to the UK, his next role as a Sous-Chef in the Swinton Park Hotel, before joining Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery School in 2014.
In this role, Iain loves watching other people get excited about food and transferring the skills he’s learnt to them.
