"When my wife presented me with a gift voucher for a day’s course with you, I was a bit disconcerted: I’m no cook and I was worried that this would soon show and I’d look foolish.
I’ve just got home from my “British Classics” day course, and wanted to tell you what a great, fun filled, day I had. Not only did the time speed by, but I learnt a lot and to cap it all had a superb lunch, much of which I had a hand in cooking.
I’m still no cook, but I’ve now got a bit of confidence to try out some new stuff and a selection of dishes I know I can prepare.
Please accept my sincere thanks and pass them on to the rest of your team who provided the magic background touch and got me out of a couple of scrapes, they truly ensured the day was such a success."

Chef’s Table – 5th July
“We had the privilege of attending the chef's table in July. There were only 4 of us in our party and no one else. But what an evening!
Ian was the Chef for the night, ably assisted by Lee. We believe it was Ian's first effort at Chef's table and learnt afterwards he had been quite nervous.
The guys quickly set the scene and relaxed us into our seats where they then treated us to a feast of a tasting menu supported by really helpful and fun conversation. All four of us were really impressed with the two of them, asking them about the dishes being cooked, the ingredients used and other recipe issues we may have had. The eating and chatting went on from before 8pm until shortly before 11pm.
A really great and very different evening. We will definitely be coming again!”
